Thanks guys for all the positive feedback. Always good to know I'm on the right track and it definitely motivates me to continue.

You and me both Dennis! :D The plan is to start with varying panel shades, preshade, main paint, fading with post-shading, maybe a few chips here and there, filters, panel washes, streaking, exhaust soot stains and whatever else I can think of... the thought of it is already freaking me out! @o) It's got to be dirty but still be airworthy :oj

Thanks again lads!

Not much of an update but it's something. Seats painted and finished :D

This cold weather is really holding me up getting the paint started on the interior. [smilie=cold.gif] Hopefully next week will be a bit warmer up in the attic.

I like it Vinny.
Lots of work and time to spend on a small surface and you see it growing as planned hopefully.

I know how you feel, my attic is also a fridge.....need to keep shoes on and a jumper and even my hat to keep the brain going!
I put a heater in and now it's fine.
Radio on on the love songs every night at 96fm, getting sick of it so a cd now and then.

Thanks lads! It's coming on slowly but I'm happy with how it's turning out. Glued the fuselage quaters together the other night (but haven't glued the halves yet of course) and now I'm working on tidying the panels that were mismatched at the joints.

Too clean!!? [smilie=pdt_nunu.gif] Maybe in AFV standards :D I'm happy enough with them. I don't want to overdo it in the cockpit. I think the pin wash and the worn edges are enough to pick out the details.
