Model shops in the South East

Postby paulh » Wed Jul 09, 2014 12:58 pm

Folks, I'll be travelling back to the mother country in a few weeks time and was wondering if there was anything on the moggelling front in the "sunny" [smilie=rofl.gif] south east ?
TIA

Hey Paul, there used to be a model shop in Waterford called "The Model Centre" but that closed up a couple of years ago.

The nearest place now is McModels in New Ross. Their address is…
Unit13/14, Woodbine Business Park, New Ross, Co.Wexford
And their website… www.mcmodels.ie

I've never been there so I can't stay what the shop is like but it'd worth a visit as their website has a nice variety of stuff. And a report back would be great ;)

Lads
As a New Ross man I know the Mc Models quiet well. Whenever I am back in the mothership I drop in . Padge has been open for a few years nows and has some nice stuff a mixture of plastic model kits and a lot of RC stuff. If you are in the area drop in . Might need to check the opening times before hand.
Nice shop with friendly staff.

MC Models are also closed. Bout 6 months ago.

The Celtic Phoenix is alive and well it seems.
