What got me started modelling Late 70s early 80s

Postby stephen8718 » Mon Oct 16, 2017 4:29 pm

hi guys i decided to put up this post for a bit of nostalgia etc.

the old War and battle and Commando comics were a must for fueling the imagination.

The weekly comics and the long wait for the Summer Specials and Christmas Annuals

Every Newsagent in any town visited was eagerly searched out for any kits that might be for sale and eagerly snapped up.

This is my Father who sadly passed away last Thursday on the 12th of October. He encouraged me and gave me the determination to see a build through and to have a great interest in what i was doing as a kid back then . Da you will sadly missed but never forgotten.
