Hi all here is the next update, I've got to say this is THE very first kit I've ever built with no decals, not even for the dash a kit with a few disappointments the colours have codes at the start of the instructions but that is the only mention of them so apart from the box art there is no mention of what colour anything should be. Anyway here is where I am now.

just need a Dr and the scene is set, this is coming along nicely i like all the additions to the build, i never liked paper models much but haven't tried one in a long time and i have seen a few built up and they look superb im sure there is a paper ship on this forum that looks as good as any plastic kits

Hi all well the roller is finished, going to shelve this dio for a while as I'm starting to just chuck them together just to finish them and I'm not giving it my best so will come back to it when I feel more like doing it justice

That neon sign is very cool! What did you use for that?

Nice work!

It's stuff called el string or some call it wire (electro luminescence) it comes in various lengths and colours this is 3 meters and uses 2 aa batteries I have some in red and green for another part of the dio. It's on amazon at the moment for 3.99 for 3 metres''

Thanks for digging that out Nigel :o)b I've never heard of that stuff before so it's something new for me. Very interesting and I'd like to test it out on something... actually I have something in mind but I doubt I'll be modelling it anytime soon :oj

Cheers!

Hi all here's the next update I made the break and fuel lines out of stripped network wires

I much prefer larger scales, I mean look how small this engine is

Compared to this

Those window blind slats are 4 inches (approximately 100 mill)
How you guys add so much detail to 1/24 kits I take my hat off to you.
