British 8th Army

Heres a dio i did lads in 1/35 with Rolls Royce armored car from Roden models,and also included is Vickers tank from Vulcan models,some figures are also included depicting the British 8th Army in action in the desert.

hey Dave what is that Rolls like to build ive almost bought it a few times,

and is that real sand? looks really cool :D

Hi spud a few minor problems with rolls but not the worst kit yeh its real sand got it in smyths toys a few years ago

Nice diorama... the Rolls looks the dogs... I will build one one day as 'The Big Fella'.

hey Davy

nice little dio , funny i was only reading about the vickers in german service the other day.
like Peter ive looked at the rolls a good few times , but ive also got a good reason , a few years ago my mate bought a 1/72 scale resin one at trucks &tracks ,i said id build but wat a load a s%$£"e so i said id build the roden one for him, now ive got to ,your one looks great.
my mate wants his the big fellas but i think Laurence of Arabia ,think its the same type of A car with an arab fig would be sweet.

Thanks lads i figure two vechiles are never same colour in desert sun wear and tear sand etc. and the rolls is older than the vickers tank
