Cool, Love the F-4, the Cockpit etch will bring that area up nicely. Is the kit all Recessed Panel lines?

That Greek special RF-4E would look sweet on this!!

Oh nice! That kit looks pretty good... I'll be following to see how you get on with it and how it builds up.

Looks like it from the pics. I wasn't expecting that.

Looking forward to this one Antonio!

Cheers!

Hi George yes it recess lines.
although it looks it sued to be a raised lines, I was yesterday with Simon from Marks Models, we had a look to the spurs and at the very top of the bottom section of the wings you can see that there is some raised lines that where not done ;)
over all it looks quite nice i don't know the fitting i will let you know :o)b, and yes Greek margins and i am going to weather the hell out this sucker [smilie=rofl.gif] [smilie=rofl.gif]

This is going to be fun [smilie=wall.gif] here is the progress done in Two nights working for about 4 hours each night.
Image

this is not a quick build

Image

Very little progress, I spend a lot of time dry fitting and checking the cockpit fit , The PE are great but they are not for this kit, this PE are the Hasegawa version and not for this Italeri.
I really believed that been the same RF-4E phantom II that the cockpit where similar or at least similar enough to fit the this PE , Wrong!!!! :( , I have to shoehorn the frak out of it and some damage is going to be inevitable, this build is going down very quickly something has to be done.

Nice work Antonio, you're doing very well considering all the annoying things about the kit. Keep it going! :o)b

Another one to follow Antonio, pin marks in smaller scales should be addressed to be honest after this amount of time to perfect the molds, A scale i couldn't work in but enjoy the build logs

Thanks Tom, yes You are absolutely right, pin marks should been addressed when Italeri revamp the kit with recess lines.
