F2 Banshee, Academy 1/72

Next on the bench
F2 Banshee by Academy in 1/72
been in the stash for years, just never fancied building it
comes with two sets of decals, both for VF-11 of USS Coral Sea in 1956.....one is an overall blue, the other grey upper, white lower

i like a bit of variety, get bored if i do the same sort of thing all the time

im actually doing this for a 'ghost and ghoul GB' elsewhere

im planning on the grey upper/white lower scheme cos the decals look tricky for the blue one

I always liked the F2, all those small Academy kits do be lovely to work on. Good luck with the rest of the build

sorry guys but this (and everything else on the bench) is on hold til further notice
ive got to take a break from model making for a while, might not be until january or february before i can back to the hobby

Enjoy the break from the bench Paul. Life sometimes takes over but it's always good to have time away from the hobby as you'll relish getting back to it.
