Imperial War Museum T34/85

Postby Ferraribod » Wed Jul 13, 2016 11:31 am

The last addition to the IWM collection of WWII tanks. It's a T34/85 but was made in the Skoda works in Czechoslovakia in 1954 and was captured from the Syrians by the Israeli army in 1973. I have the Tamiya model in my stash and will get to it some day; but it was very useful to see one up close like this.

Some differences between war time machines and post-war CS built ones... Well, quite some differences between war time machines from various factories too

Nice shots. [smilie=thumb.gif]

Do you mean more of the T34 or other exhibits?
Here are other exhibits; but I can put up some more T34 stuff if you want me to.
