120mm Gebirgsjager Tunisia 1943.

Postby Spud » Mon May 19, 2014 10:17 pm

This chap will be my first Foray into 120mm very nice Fig but placement of some of the casting blocks meant i damaged a we bit of him so that will need fixing. at the moment he is all primed up.

I will be making a little base on that big lumpo wood i picked up.

I have not forgot about my 251ht :)

Ok done some pre-assembly to see how he will look. some of my pins need re adjusting but on a whole not so bad except for the back of the arms, the right arm is a joke the left not so bad.

here is a closer look.

I broke this part getting of the stupid block.

This is the position the head should be in

But i think i prefer him looking this way, that means more work......

Detail on the fig is class no doubting that but i think more care could have went into the bits that go on to him. His boots seem a but fat, they should match the duds legs not have some fat dudes calfs.

Oh and this is good fig the others will need major work......

Will be following this one as I presume you'll be using all your new flesh paints? I'm interested to see how they do the job.

Very nicely detailed and sculpted figure but those gaps at the arm joints look like a right PITA. No problem to you though ;)
