[In-Box] Roman Aquilifer - Nutsplanet - 54mm

Postby Biskup » Mon Nov 18, 2013 7:48 am

Roman aquilifer is the second figure released by Nutsplanet. It is a SD figure which means Super Deformed and it’s is made in 54mm scale. Due to the deformation it has a height of 80 mm. It is cast in resin and has a set of 17 parts including a copper rod and the base from resin. Like previous one this figure was sculpted by Jun-sik Ahn and the box-art was painted by Myeong-ha Hwang.

After unpacking the package I saw this.

Box contained card with the concept drawing on which the figure was based..

And the parts look like this:

Body with the legs.

Head.

Lion fur.

Lion head along with the upper part of the helmet.

Base.

Arms.

Small parts such as the paws of the lion, eagle, sword sheath and the base for the eagle.

Image
The teeth of a lion and the elements to spar.

Guards of the helmet.

Shield.

Like the previous figure this one is done at a very high level and will be an adornment of any collection. Certainly it will enrich and catch eye of any viewers.

The details sculpted on this figure are outstanding! Especially the fur :o . Looking forward to seeing your painting skills on this one Lukasz.
