Bandai to stop selling star wars kits in EU and US

Postby flashinglizard » Sat Sep 12, 2015 12:05 am

Disney has put a stop to it.
Really disappointed to hear this as I was collecting the series. I guess I'll be forced to use eBay but prices are twice+ the cost of buying from Japan.
Hobbylinkjapan and amiami have taken the kits off their site.
Some of my star wars kits on YouTube.

You should Thank Revell and Disney. As Revell complained about the poor sails to Disney.
Wonder why as they have poor quality compared to almost the same price and fantastic quality of Bandai.
So Disney banned Bandai. They also statet that they will monito Selling portals and social media to stop the sales of SW Bandai kits out side of Japan.
For me that's just another encouragement to show the middle finger to Revell and Disney.

Yep... good old colonial tactic.
If the locals aren't happy, starve them until they have to accede.

If you're on facebook join model kits for sale or swap.

Darren Bloomfield will supply you. A few friends of mine have gotten car kits off him.
