Here is my 1/1200 Revell 'Bismarck'. Really enjoyed the detail work here and one of my first models back as an adult modeller. Looking forward to honing some skills and doing a better job on my next model, the 'Roma'.
It's a 1/1200 from the revell mini ship series. I sprayed the hull and superstructure and brush painted the rest. I hope to get an airbrush soon but I'm pleased with the result with what I had to work with. The display box was actually a makeup box turned upside down that in bought in Sostrene Grene in Cork for 4 quid.
God bless your eye sight John great job done there,if your sticking wit that scale for the mo id be in no rush wit the air brush , you got a fine result from the rattle can and those small bits you will never spray, well done.
Thanks for he kind words Vinny! The truth is it's my third model back. First model was a Ford Trimotor plane and the Qe2 1/1200. Both of these were built in haste and tbh I'm not happy with them. The Bismarck was the first one I paid close attention to and took my time. I will post pics of the others later however.
