VIKING LONGSHIPS

Postby BrIAN332 » Tue Nov 06, 2012 9:57 am

These are my two viking longships.the one with the sail down is the 1/72 emhar gokstad viking ship based on the actual viking ship that was found in norway and is on display at the viking museum in oslo.the other viking ship is the 1/50 scale kit by revell, both kits were very enjoyable to make and were something completely different for me as i normally build ww2 subjects :) Brian.

Nice and unusual Brian. And having seen one of these in the flesh, I was very impressed by how you represented wood using paint. Well done!

Thanks for sharing.
