Very impressive aqua modelismo George.Myself & C man saw this earlier today, it looks great and the water is just the way I like it - warm.Like I said George I'd be very happy if to get water lookin this good.Best of luck with the rest of it G.

Well got the Rest of the Sea done and 'splashed' (get it) on some wood stain which did not come out as I expected, In other words its crap and did not do what it said on the tin, I will jut now spray the sides black. Reddish tinge is pretty awful.

Varnish next and I might try out a dark blue wash to see what it looks like.

Well the war is nearly over, the order to surrender all U-boats is only days away so this is about to head back from the Atlantic to a German port.

Tonight I stuck on the Aerial?? Wire over the top and gave the sea a very light coat of Humbrol Gloss blue and then gave it a rub over with Johnsons clear. This is about as far as I go now with the sea. I think it looks pretty good. I also re painted the sides black which is a great improvement also.

heres the pics. I'll be bringing this into the shop on Friday if anyone wants a look at it. It most likely will be collected on Saturday PM.
