Ships in Charity Shop, Cork

Postby Vinny » Mon Jan 25, 2016 10:09 pm

Hey guys,

Saw these ships models in the Cork Cancer Society shop on Castle St. I don't know anything about them but they look like custom jobs. With checking out if you're into that kind of genre.

The one in the middle of the top photo with the large white circles looks like a Tirpitz or a Bismarck with the number 2 turret missing. I don't recognise any others.

Remember - If you spot someone in trouble at sea or on the cliffs or coast or even if you 'think' that someone may be in trouble , dial 112/999 and ask for the Coast Guard, or if you are in trouble at sea, call on VHF Channel 16, MF 2182 KHz or use DSC.

I called in Wednesday and they were gone, unless they were holding them for the window sale thing which was Friday. It`s a daft idea, I`ve tried to buy stuff before but was told it was being held for the same gig.If you have a customer sell it.Basic retail principal I`d say.
