Decided to remove the rear driveshaft making it fwd only, based on real life - years ago my mini died and so called the RAC out so he came in a 109''Landie and it was fwd only..
Been doing a forth road bridge on the jib...
Folowed by doorsteps/inner rockers.
Got to patch/putty the tranny tunnel..
The gas tanks have been replaced with a jerry can, being a short oval track it will suffice!
Filling the usual Monogram diff!! with spot glazing putty.
I fitted the spare wheel to the cab rear wall.
Cut away the floor for tranny clearance.
F & R roll (anti....) bars etc fitted.
Found a bucket for her!
The hood vents are nicely open.
While the tailgate has Ford in mirror writing to represent a steel pressing!
The firewall bottom actually joins with the tub ( always a letdown!..)
Got the interior mostly together, more shortly.
One thing was bugging me last night,it was the core support..
The ( very nice ) chassis is complete and ready for paint.
Should go into the paint shop tonight,a Mr Clause has offered to spray it for me....!
