The Mud on the base is AK Wet Ground Effect AK8016

The Splash effect is pigments mixed with AK665 Texturizer, All i did was mix pigments add a little water and just shot air at the brush and walla. I will use Wilders Murky water and splash it over the mud to wet it because the AK Texurizer drys Matt.

I was going to do a base with figures but there is no one doing good 1/35th figures :(

There are some brands like D-Day miniatures and Mantis who do decent WWI figures, but It's a pitty there aren't more around. One would think with the 100th birthday of the Great War and all those WWI tank kits there would be more figures...a shame really.

Or you can always try to sculpt your own :)
