Not posted in a long while. To be honest I've not finished much due to life. My Apologies.

I hope you can see photos as flikr have been sold and it's a bit different from last I used it.

Typical Revell kit.

Brilliant in parts and terrible in others. I had terrible issues trying to get the wings on flush to fuselage. Could be self inflicted though. Popped off a few times even though I had clamped her like the gimp.

Some of the plastic had scratches in it and some of the seem lines on the fuselage were inconsistent. Wondering if this was intentional. I'm not a 262 buff though :)

Used Radu upgrade set for antennae. I'm not a huge internals guy but if I were I would upgrade the cockpit. It's basic.

I tried to keep the weathering to minimal. But they operated in shite conditions even with such short life spans so they needed something.

Overall once I managed to get the wings on it went together really well. Enjoyable.

I tried to free hand and could get it really small but it just didn't quite work looks wise. I used a metal stencil. Airwaves is the brand.

What a beauty! That metal stencil certainly did the trick... the paint job looks superb! Very well made model and one to be very proud of [smilie=first.gif]
