1/48 RAAF Beaufighter

Tamiya kit, it shouldn't have the Sperry autopilot on the nose but I thought it looked cool.

Stunning absolutely fantastic job done on the Beaufighter. i built one years ago when i got back into the hobby and it was a pleasure to build. have 2 in the stash and would be thrilled if they came out half as good as yours. your expertise justs gets better and better

That looks absolute fab Owen , i thought that was a typo with an extra A for RAF :oops:

Cheers lads, I've been using some new techniques and oil paints lately. Ha Leo, it looks like a typo alright, that green is Humbrol 116 US Dark Green, lightened with dark yellow. It's also the colour I use for US vehicles.

:DX Fabulous build Owen, well worth taking your time looking at the photographs, and so many positives, its just outstanding to be honest, a real show stopper, i wouldn't like to choose which of your builds i like the most, it is very eye catching

Absolutely brilliantly made model, it is a shame that a little mess in the table is lost.
