my 1979 1/48th Airfix Hurricane MK1

Postby stephen8718 » Sat Feb 25, 2017 10:35 am

hi guys decided to get rid of this one out of the stash and as usual do it unusual markings.
https://www.scalemates.com/kits/164201- ... ricane-mki
i have done it in ground to air and air to air testing aircraft.
http://www.ultracast.ca/products/Iliad_ ... efault.htm

it was as usual old airfix with lots of Flash and bad fitting parts and raised panel lines but it helps to improve my skills as a modeller. the work number is fictitious as i dont have the Iliad decals . it is a lot redder in the Flesh as the monitor boosts the colours a bit. thanks for looking and now to decide what to do next.
