Yamato 1/350 Special Edition pricey bargain

Postby Lego » Sat Nov 24, 2012 10:59 pm

I was doing my usual poking around looking for bargains and spotted this:-

http://www.buyforlessonline.co.uk/Items/ta78025?sck=7815260&caSKU=ta78025&caTitle=Yamato%20Japanese%20Battleship%20-%20PREMIUM%20-%20Tamiya%201%3a350%20SHIP

If you click on the homepage and have a facebook account you can get a further 10% off this price. Roughly £190/€235 including shipping. Listed price for it everywhere else is €350. [smilie=tasty.gif]

I think you might need a railings set for this kit though.

I have used this site twice without any issues. But in 2011. Not trying to trumpet for them but I can only say the service I received was topclass.

I talked to my lms owner last week about this site and the tamiya rep he got on the phone dispises the seller because he supplies 60% of all tamiya stuff for amazon.co.uk and all the reps hate the site because he abuses his bulk discount according to them. They have kicked up blue murder about the guy but they also admit he sells 100% tamiya supplied by tamiya. He also takes paypal.
