Some great history there.
A whole different story compared to the crappy cheap stuff we have nowadays.
Good feeling to be able to get spares and sort a problem....like broken crankpins.

What is the wheelsize of such bikes, on one picture I see the width/thickness only, are they all 26" - 28" or that odd oversized type?

Never heard of a tightener for the steering....must make it more stable when loaded while cycling in the group.

Are the lever brakes pushing a block on the tyre?
